Ever spotted job posts like these on upwork? This dumbass wants content of a full website for just $5???? Really????? That's not the end. One more disease in the freelance community.... Another example... two job posts side by side with exact requirement. Look at the vast difference in the budget... Any finally upwork is a platform for some guys for obtaining premium digital products illegally.

BSNL Is an Amazing Internet Service Provider NOT
1 Week and My BSNL Internet is still down. The tech guy who visited told me that the port associated with my number is changed to 321 from 322. Getting the ADSL lights on, can see up linking and downloading rate on the modem but Internet is not working as my wire is hooked to wrong port. This is a shame for a service provider like BSNL. A few days I dialled from my landline number on my cellphone and the number from which I received the call was different. Such a high level of mess in BSNL. They probably did the same and hooked my connection to some other account and I am sitting scratching my ass for last 7 days and seeing this error.
