Leaving Ballia this time was Difficult
Have been travelling for last
few days. Left our village in ballia yesterday and departed for kota. It was the lonely trip without grandfather there at home. There were people, kids but his presence was felt badly.
Went to his grave and i
felt how time can change things so quickly. I left him in last summers and went back jaipur. Never thought it was my last journey and stay with him. The worst part was that my grand ma couldn't spend time with him in his last days as he was in icu and doctors did not allow people to meet him. She was deeply in sorrow and it's so hard to handle a situation like this. It's hard to stop those tears which were to come out of your eyes but took path through someone others eyes. You can control your tears but not others. I grabbed her tight and tried to assure that if grand father is not there, we are with her. Always. Our family has a special bonding and we have been in a close loop with each other. This thing would help her forget the loss and we'll get her into normal life after that massive loss of her life. I remember that day when grand ma returned from Assam to ballia after 6 months stay.
It was raining with greenery up there on trees and grand pa
was singing in joy of her return.
"Pedo me aur patto me hariyaali chha gai.
Pedo me aur patto me hariyaali chha gai.
Dekho dekho dekho meri budhia aa gai."
He was a happy man and never missed a chance to feel the joy of his life. He felt it, he expressed it, he lived in it. Its so difficult to find someone like him.
It was really tough to leave our village when we departed for kota yesterday but we have no other choice. Will try to get back to grand ma as soon as possible and take her to assam. She says she feel close to grand pa here but atleast for few days for a change.
Profession and life take people so far from their loved ones.
The journey so far have been good. This train is completely empty. Just a few passengers. So its going well. Got another long long tip to goa, and karnataka after 2 days. Got to prepare while balancing the work as well.
I had to travel from ballia, U.P to buxar in bihar to take this train for kota. While on
way to buxar i came to know about the village of that delhi victim girl. So close to the border of u.p and bihar near river ganga.
Any way i entered the border of rajasthan and should be home in few hours. Busy days to follow.
