BSNL Selfcare Portal is so Dumb that their Account Activation Emails Never Arrives

BSNL Selfcare is the portal where users can manage their account related to BSNL eg Landline, Broadband etc. Once the registration is complete, they are suppose to send email with verification link on registered email address (provided during registration process) but the email never arrives. When I tried calling the support number, they have such a high level of stupid people working for them as customer support agents that they don't even know the process of self care registration and do no understand what is an account verification email. You may end up reaching twitter handle of BSNL which is often seen thanking people in every second tweet, and they will ask you to provide your landline or mobile number in public on twitter. God, help the users of BSNL!!!

The motto is clear, to defame congress. But My question is why to deceive the youth of my country? Why to do politics on the dignity of a sister who is strugling for life. The world must understand that it's not sheila, modi or sonia, its the bad people who do this thing. We should not target a party for this, we should not capitalize the dignity of an Indian girl.
