Unwanted spam calls from +91-731-xxx-xxx

There have been a large number of unwanted calls being received from numbers tarting +91-731

This is a pain and there is no way I can find to stop it.

This is happening on a mobile number registered in DND registry of India and have selected to not receive any kind of promotional calls etc.
